Hi, I’m Jacqueline , In the year of 2015 I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, bi polar 1 disorder, back to depression, chronic migraines, trichotillomania (a form of ocd disorder). I still currently struggle with these issues on a day to day basis . Since then I’ve been on and off several medications to find what best suits me. I’ve always been very transparent with my mental health since the beginning of my journey. Especially during my darkest moments. I hope this can help someone out there during their darkest moments!
